Sousa high tack sealant. Takes a lot of effort to push it out of the tube . You will certainly have a great handshake once you’ve put 5 tubes of that on the wall but that said it is a great product.

Good service we did change the order to light beige concrete as you were let down re colour we ordered, but happy with what was supplied. There was a problem with delivery on the Saturday due to a transport breakdown, but the order was delivered on the Sunday we were advised on problem .Thank you .

Ordered panels from SV Panels on 1st January for a time-critical project. Delivery was quoted as 2 to 4 business days, so they should have arrived by the 7th. By the evening of the 7th nothing had turned up, so I chased them after 7pm and, to be fair, they replied immediately.

They explained they’d had some logistical issues and promised delivery on Saturday. Saturday morning rolls around and the delivery truck breaks down on the motorway. At this point most companies would shrug and push it back a week, but SV Panels actually rang me to explain and said it would now be Sunday.

I reminded them how critical the timing was and this is where they really stepped up. They arranged a 4am pickup from Birmingham and the panels were delivered to me at 5:15am on Sunday morning.

Yes, things went wrong. But when a company owns the mistake and then goes absolutely out of their way to fix it, you can’t really complain. Mistakes happen, effort and accountability matter more, and on that front SV Panels delivered. Literally.

I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
