Changed your mind?
If you have changed your mind, please email us at sales@svpanels.co.uk or call us on 0121 517 1827 within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return. Once you have let us know, please post your return to us as follows.
- You have a 30 day return window from the date you receive your order.
- Return postage is the customer's responsibility and is not covered by us.
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including any applicable return delivery charges.
- Please check all items for any signs of damage or picking errors upon delivery.
- If there is visible damage or a picking error, please note this with the driver where possible and contact us within 3 working days so we can resolve the issue promptly.
- We aim to redeliver affected items within 5 working days.
Before booking your installation, please ensure the goods have arrived in acceptable condition. This allows you to check for any missing items, damages, or defects. We advise against booking installation until all items are received, as we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to delays or issues.
Signing the delivery document confirms that all goods are received in perfect condition and match your original order.
Product Guarantees
Our products are sold with the following guarantees:
- 5 Year Guarantee for all 250mm panels
- 10 Year Guarantee for all 1m x 2.4m
- 10 Year Guarantee for all 600mm x 2.4m panels
- 10 Year Guarantee for all guttering, fascia and soffit products
