Changed your mind?
Send us an email to sales@svpanels.co.uk within 3 working days of receiving your order to let us know and post your return items as follows.
- Returns are the customer's responsibility.
- Return postage costs are not covered by us.
Returned items must be:
- In their original packaging
- In original, unused condition
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund accordingly within 14 days to the payment card details provided at point of purchase.

Items Missing or Faulty Upon Delivery?
All items must be checked for any signs of damage or picking errors upon delivery. If there is any discrepancy with the items delivered, do not sign for the goods, and notify us within 3 working days so we can resolve the issue promptly. We aim to re-deliver affected items within 5 working days.
Before booking your installation, please ensure the goods have arrived in acceptable condition. This allows you to check for any missing items, damages, or defects. We advise against booking installation until all items are received, as we cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred due to delays or issues.
Signing the delivery document confirms that all goods are received in perfect condition and match your original order.

- 5 Year Guarantee for all 250mm panels
- 10 Year Guarantee for all 1m x 2.4m
- 10 Year Guarantee for all 600mm x 2.4m panels
- 10 Year Guarantee for all guttering, fascia and soffit products
